How to use it
Find the product
Search by name or part, or by category. Tick Include hidden to see products you have put away.
Open the card
The product's name opens its card: the picture, the size, how it is sold, how it is bought, the pack size and weight.
Set a supplier's price
Pick the supplier, type the unit price, Set. It is recorded against that supplier with the date, and the quote buys the line from whichever of your suppliers is cheapest.
Pack sizes
Tick the pack box and give the size, and orders for that product round up to whole packs: a pallet of bricks, a pack of blocks, a bundle of timber.

What the pictures look like
Every catalogue product has a card. Slide along for a few: bricks and tiles are drawn from the maker's published colours and textures, sections and fittings from their photographs.

Good to know
A price you type is the unit price, never a pack price divided down. Our starting price is a trade price from one merchant, fair for a firm without a buying-group deal. Your own price replaces it line by line.Products you never use can be hidden; they stay in the catalogue and come back with one tick.
