Quantise scans a drawing pack you upload and produces a Bill of Materials and a priced quote of the structural and shell materials it can take from the drawings, which you can edit, price with your own rates, export and turn into purchase orders. It is provided by Quantise Ltd ("we") to the business that opens the account ("you").
The quote is a faithful account of what the drawings show, priced at trade rates and at your own rates where you have set them. It supports your estimating; it does not replace it. It is not a contract sum, it does not include labour, plant, finishes or anything the drawings do not show unless you add them, and every quote states its own scope. You remain responsible for checking it against the drawings and for the prices you send to your customers.
A scan is one pass over one uploaded pack. Each tier starts with a number of welcome scans, valid for 90 days from sign-up; further scans are bought singly or by the pack, at the per-scan price of your tier. A scan either completes with a Bill of Materials or it does not bill. Everything after the scan, re-pricing, edits, exports and orders, is included. Charges are taken by card in pounds sterling; prices are shown before you confirm.
Uploaded drawings are deleted once they have been scanned. Your outputs and account details are kept as described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. You keep all rights in your drawings and in the documents you make with Quantise.
You are responsible for the people who use your account and for keeping its password safe. You agree not to upload material you have no right to use, and not to use the service to build a competing product by systematic extraction of its catalogue or prices.
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Support is by email at info@quantise.io. During the pilot we may change features with notice by email.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit or for losses arising from reliance on a quote without the checks a reasonable estimator would make.
You can close your account at any time from the Account page; we delete your data as the privacy notice describes. We can end the agreement on notice for non-payment or misuse.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
